Locked Out of Old Smugmug today

Suddenly today I can't get to old smugmug. Instead, I'm presented with a blue box that says, "Welcome back to the New SmugMug preview". The back-to-old-smugmug button has been disabled, locking me out of my account. Only the publish button for the new look is enabled. How do I get back to my old smugmug look which I understand should still work until Oct?

Try clearing cookies and re-starting your browser. There was a tweak that SM did, that they then re-tweaked, because it was causing this unexpected behavior.

Did that, and also tried a different browser that isn't normally logged into Smugmug.

Oh, sorry, my bad, I mis-read your original post. So sorry.
    Check this thread:

I am not sure if the thread fits your circumstances?
    This from post #31:

If you click through all the blue pop up screens, you end up with a "sandbox" version of the New SmugMug but the Old Smugmug is still the live one that non-logged-in users see. As the logged-in site owner, you can go back and forth between old and new (although you will get nagged at some).

Oh, no worries. I'm glad you're trying to help. I'm reluctant to click-through the blue box, as it's the "Publish New Look, Let's Go" button. I don't want to do that right now.

Only click in the blue box.
Cycle thru the blue boxes and they will disappear.

    next > next >

Probably end up on new site.
Button at top will take you to old site.
It's a toggle back and forth old to new

Just don't hit far right button to publish

Ok, well that was a leap of faith, given that I didn't want to publish at all. eek7.gif

    Worked, though. So thanks. :D

I still see your old site.
Every time you log in it will start on new site. You'll have to toggle to old.

Allen's got it down, but yes, click "Let's Go" in the blue box and you'll be taken back to your site. We made it so you cannot accidentally publish, since clicking "Publish" requires you to type in a few confirmation steps. We're going to move the blue box to point to something else so it's not as scary! I'd freak out too if I saw that.
