Love that there is finally an option for download all. However the mail has got to change. Why are you sending an email to my customers from

These are NOT your customers, they are mine. I pay for a pro account. I understand the legalities of needing to show the source, but this applies to the footer not the body of the email. I am a business and I pay for Smugmug Pro account to facilitate my business and my brand to my customers.... Not promoted your brand, writing style or names. PLEASE, Please make this a generic business style writing email with my site name or contact info as the signature. Someday I would like to customize these emails, but in the mean time please make this email come from ME to MY Customers. include the footer info that it came from Smugmug to cover your direct mail obligations.

    I'm 100% behind this, my commercial customers expect an email from me - and a professional one at that. Not mentioning other photographers who are "regular guys" and offering the help of "support heroes". I'm the person they turn to for support as they are paying me. This needs to change fast and there's no way it could be difficult. IF IT is tricky to customise the email to suit each smugmug client then make it a generic email. Something along the lines of...
    Your digital files are ready. Click this link to download your photos from ########### (169.50 MB)

    You can use this link to share the files or download them again any time during the next two weeks. After 12:16 AM PDT on Aug 4th, 2015, you’ll need to visit ################# again and request a new download.

    If you have any trouble retrieving your photos please contact your photographer for assistance.

    Thanks for using this download service.

    Also, the from email should just say "Digital Files Order" or something similar and non-descript.

    I passed along the feedback to the team. We're currently working on some other great features but I've added the request to our Feedback forums (http://feedback.smugmug.com/forums/17723/suggestions/9571497). We'll be sure to post the latest updates there (if and when we do get started on this idea, we'll update the ticket!)
