Outstanding shot, great composition and PP. It highlights how arbitrary borders can be, the power of a line on a map...

This captures the location and sense of desolate isolation so well. Nicely done!

Well executed shot here, Don.thumb.gif Too bad the fence doesn't work as well as your photo.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Nice and great in b/w. Did you see border patrol, drones or?

Tom, Eia, thanks. The Border Patrol had a significant presence in this area. I spoke with one agent near where this shot was taken to double-check directions. This spot is 23 miles from the nearest pavement.

Great image Don - agree with everyone's comments.
I Googled the location - boy, is that in the middle-of-nowhere - right by my hometown, Nogales.

I forgot you were from there, Eric. My wife and I stayed in Nogales. We came into this area from Patagonia but returned to Nogales over the Patagonia Mountains.
