All folder links leads to single folder!

Hello,
I created multiple folders with unique links. Whenever I add new folder and try to visit the folder, it took me to the first created folder. No matter what name I specify in folder creation link, it leads to only single folder that I created a long time back.
For example:
First Folder Path: www.domain.com/folder-1-name
Second Folder Path: www.domain.com/folder-2-name
Third Folder Path: www.domain.com/folder-3-name
When I visit www.domain.com/folder-3-name, it went to the mentioned folder but showing www.domain.com/folder-1-name content!
I tried to create folder both from front-end header menu and also from Organize site (back-end).
Any further help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
