I drove back to Long Island today for Thanksgiving week, and couldn't resist a stop at Liberty State Park, on the New Jersey side of the Hudson for a few shots.

Nice work, John. You've always had a flair for nighttime shooting.

I didn't know that there were that many spires on top of the taller structures there.

    Take care,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

I don't know where I'm going, but I'm going anyway.

Good stuff!! These types of night city shots are not as easy as they look.

I like 1. Cloud definition gives nice effect. where do you focus for night time photography. to Hyperfocal distance ?

I was focusing on the buildings, but at 24mm, f/14, and more than mile away, the DOF is huge.
