    They're all good. I, too, like the first one a lot but, for my money, the last one steals the show.

    They're all beautiful but have to agree with Tom, that last one really
    sums it all up into one beautiful image !!!

    I suspect you know this, but for others that might not:

    In the mountains, a "basin" is generally considered the low spot between the mountains. For instance, in the last image, the low spot between those barren mountains that has the trees in it, that's what a "basin" is. As to how they named it...

    Some have known and obvious reasons. Others... ne_nau.gif
