Recent Changes Broke Customizations

It appears that there were some SM coding changes recently that broke some important customizations, and we're concerned that we don't even know the extent of the problems. Here's a partial (?) list:
What needs to be fixed, and who owns the solutions -- coding changes tweaked by SM, or scripts rewritten by their developers? If the latter, how does this get scoped out?

    Thanks, Michael, for taking care of this so quickly! Those two functions are back to working as expected on my site. And I haven't discovered any additional issues.
