order contains items from several pros

Quick question on an "order from more than one pro." I got an order for a couple of images, Order #1551954, but even though I sent it to lab within a day or two after reviewing it, it is held up because the order contains images from another photographer. This makes it look like I took a lot of time to get their order together, when in fact, I processed mine very quickly. Should I send the customer a note to tell them the other part of their order is causing the delay? What is the proper thing to do without trying to make the other photog look bad, but at the same time, tell them that I did receive and process their order timely.
