Crop a single photo not working

I tried cropping a photo two separate times today. Everything appeared to go as normal, but the crop never showed up in my gallery. Is this a known bug today? I don't want to post the gallery in which I was trying to crop, because it's an unlisted one. There's nothing unusual about the gallery though. I was doing a custom-sized crop. I'm on a PC with FF.

Hi, Set sizes and custom size crops are working for me.

Could you email the link to the image to the Help Desk and we'll take a look for you. :)

Aaaargh, I didn't have time to go through emailing & all, so I'm just gonna post the gallery here. The photo I'd tried to crop is the very last one in the gallery (made a copy of one already in the gallery, then tried cropping the copy... and maybe that was the issue?) http://www.winsomeworks.com/Music/Musical-Gatherings/14548783_4rCxDR#!i=1081030741&k=6NRUw But now when I went there, hours later, the photo is cropped! Earlier, I waited a half-hour or more, & the crop never showed up. Copying a photo & then cropping it usually doesn't take any longer than any other type of crop. I do it all the time. So, who knows... a fluke, I hope.

Yes, it looks like our servers were a bit busy when you tried to crop the photo and it took a bit more than half an hour for the crop to process. The next time you run into that, just give it more time and our system will get to it as soon as possible.
That applies to all image operations. While usually they are done pretty fast, at times it may take longer.

Yeah, I'm not always that rushed or impatient.... was just trying to get a quick crop for the web & download it. I took it into PS instead from my home computer. Thanks for looking into it. I'm glad the crop tool is nice & smooth now, however & not glitchy. Now if we could just get something in place to remember the last crop ratio, so that we could plow through a whole gallery at one size & the tool would remember it. That would be WUNDerbar!!
