Inconsistent drop-down menu behavior

On Chrome 17, Firefox 9, IE9 and Safari 5.1 on Win/Vista, once the Buy and Style drop-down menus are down, they don't go away when you click outside of them like the other drop-down menus do (Share, Themes, Tools, Update). The only way to make them go away is to click on their button again or select an item in the menu. Since the various drop-downs behave differently, I assume this is not the way they are supposed to work. They should go away when you click anywhere outside of them like the Share menu does.
