Single Photo and Gallery Title - Font Size

Hello,
I've searched everywhere but could not find it.
How do I change the font size of a title for a single photo? I mean the title that you enter inside of the "Single Image" property window.
Same question for a Gallery title that you enter in the Gallery property.

I thought this code would do it but it does nothing to me:

An example for where I want to change the text:

The text Galerie "Les Préparatifs" should be smaller.
