how do I copy content blocks?

I have a pair of content blocks, a slideshow and a text block. I have them set up to look the way I want and I need to add about a dozen more to the page. is there any way to select content blocks, copy them, and paste them below a separator?

I believe this has come up before, but searching for "copy content block" didn't bring up any answer.

Unfortunately the content blocks will need to be recreated for each instance of them you want. They can't be copied.

Is this still the case? If I want't to move content blocks from one page to another, then I have to start all over?

Content blocks can not be copied and will have to be recreated each time you add a new one.
