Photo Upload Problem With SmugMug

I'm using a Mac Desktop computer with Firefox and Safari and the SmugMug upload system to upload my photo into new photo galleries. Currently, I may have to upload them into 2-3 different batches, because in the middle of the upload it stops, and I have to start the upload with the rest of my photos again. Has anybody else experienced this problem? If so, how did you solve it?

Arnold

In the meantime try using more browser tabs for bunches of uploads.

Allen, That's an interesting concept. I will try it out on my next upload. Arnold

I usually upload videos in another tab because they are big and take so much time.
The photos in another tab so I can ~quickly check them.

People have been using multiple tabs for many years in Smug.

Lightroom is actually doing 3 tasks in one:
    1) first it's exporting the photo as a temporary JPG (which can take some time, depending on how fast your computer can render the photo)
    2) It's then uploading the JPG to SmugMug
    3) Deleting the temporary JPG

It may appear to be slow because of step 1, but it will upload to SmugMug as fast as it can based on your internet connection.
