Improve Swipe Feature

Soon after I started using SmugMug, and checking my own photos on my iPad, I came to the conclusion that SmugMug galleries do not have a swipe feature, that you have to touch the arrow to go from one image to the next one (or back to the previous one).

Finally, someone pointed out to me that I need to touch the image itself when swiping. I was expecting the swipe feature to be sensitive to my touch even if I placed my finger somewhere outside the image, because that is what I was used to.

I did a search on Google Images, and brought up the feature where you can look at one image at a time, and swipe from one image to another image. I confirmed for myself that you don't have to place your finger directly on the image in order to swipe. So that is one reason I got used to swiping images without necessarily having to actually touch the image itself.

I would like to see SmugMug expand the area sensitive to touch for swiping in galleries.
