In this shoot Kyha morphs from grungy bohemian to deadly sexy westerner to NYC chic.

2-6-9-10 do it for me. Like the rest but these are the standouts for me. Any tips on how you took/processed those?

    Thanks Alois.

Hack, you know I'm bone lazy. These are all totally ambient light. No flash, no reflectors, just moving her inch by inch till the light looks good.

Processing is my standard ACR/CS6. Color adjustments, crop, sharpen, occasional dodge or burn.
The only exceptions are #s 6 & 9 which I ran through Portrait Professional. Lenses were 24-105 f4 and my Tamron 28-75 f2.8, usually at f3.2. The full gallery is at http://bilsen.zenfolio.com/kyha3

On some of these your judgement of light is so spot on you can tell those just jump off the page. THAT is what it is all about. I know that most folks here do not like Portrait Professional or other similar programs but I'll bet your subject went wild over those.

Thanks Hack. You spent a day with me and you know what a pain in the ass I am. Laughing.gif

Kyha went nuts over the entire shoot.

She has become one of my best/favorite models and she listens to the things I tell her (like side of the hand).

As for the Portrait Pro, I don't care who likes it or not. I now have enough confidence in my own vision to please me and the model. Anyone else is a bonus.
