    Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on your view I seem to a few dead tree images. :D

    Wow, what a cool thread...I have always loved taking pictures of dead trees so it is nice to see it's not just me.

    I got a couple of those on this years Shootout. Couldn't help it on this one, Andy took us on the Lasal Mt Loop which went through an area scorched in a fire back in August. I think I'm still pulling ashes out of stuff :D .

    This one is from Landscape Arch. The morning we went the wind was blowing so hard it was difficult to get the trees to hold still so I figured I'd get one that wasn't moving much.
