How to create more than one account?

I have a quick question here. I currently have one account on smugmug which gives me full access to my website and all its settings and such. Well here is the problem I want to create another account my business partner which would allow him to have full access to the website and all of its settings much like my account. The only thing is he wants to have his own login information for the account since he can never remember my account login information. So, is there anyway to create to login information for one account that would give full access to both? Any help is appreciated! Thank you.
