Page URL Display Problem with Custom Domain, Forwarding, and Masking

Hi,
I created a Smugmug account during my free trial and set up my site by creating custom pages, including "About" and "Buy" as menu items.
Then I upgraded to the Portfolio paid version and bought my own domain name through Smugmug and Godaddy.
The old domain was http://joshuajohnston.smugmug.com
The new is http://joshuajohnstonphotography.com
I set up domain forwarding with masking but there are some issues with URL display for these custom pages I created.
If you navigate to the About or Buy pages, and then navigate to any other menu item, the URL that displays still is the previous Page URL. It gets stuck like that in both latest versions of Chrome and Firefox (see screenshot)
If I go to the login at the bottom, the login URL is appended with the About URL and I can't navigate straight to the login page.
How can I fix this weird URL appending/display issue?
