Okay lets get you posting and sharing your beautiful shots shall we :thumb

Right for this demonstation I have gone to Loi's Album and chosen a picture that I will use to show you how to post on Dgrin.

STEP 1.

Below is the Album that contains the image we are going to post.
So you click on the picture and in this case I clicked on the ORANGE Leaf.
Now the ORANGE Leaf is the main picture on display

Step 2.

There is a button above your image called SHARE PHOTO I have put a yellow highlight mark on it, so you can clearly see where it is.

Press the SHARE PHOTO Button.

STEP 3A

Sometimes when you press the SHARE BUTTON you may get a page that looks like this

STEP 3B

If this page appears you simply choose FORUMS/BLOGS/ETC

Which will take you to where you need to be to continue with the lesson and be at STEP 3

STEP 3.

When you press the SHARE PHOTO button you will be taken to a page that looks like this.

Tiny, Thumbnail, Small, Medium and Large each have a different address next to them.

So if you wanted to post a small image you would highlight the text next to the word SMALL.

For this Lesson we chose to post LARGE.
I have completely circled in YELLOW all the text that you must copy to be able to view the image once it is posted onto DGRIN.

STEP 4.

Here is where you HIGHLIGHT, then RIGHT CLICK and COPY the line of text you want that represents the SIZE of the image you want to post on DGRIN.

So you HIGHLIGHT and COPY that entire line of TEXT as shown in the image below.

STEP 5.

Now we know you already know how to post a message on DGRIN,
so you follow the same steps only this time after you have created your story about your image, you are now going to put the picture with your story.

To do this you need to press the button with the MOUNTAINS on it,
as shown by the YELLOW Highlight.

Once you press it a MENU BOX will appear on your screen,
called Explorer User Prompt.

STEP 6

I'm trying to show you the easiest way possible though it can be done differently at this stage.

When the EXPLORER USER PROMT appears on your screen,
Remove the text that is in it .... delete that text so the box is EMPTY.

Then Right Click in the Empty EXPLORER USER PROMPT and PASTE the line of text you copied in STAGE 4 into that empty space and Press OK.

STEP 7

This image shows you what you should have PASTED in the EXPLORER USER BOX

158628460-L.jpg

STEP 8

And Whooohooo!!! Here you have it, your Beautiful ORANGE Leaf :clap

Now I want you to take notice of the GREEN Highlight.

This is for your benefit, if you press PREVIEW, you can see what you are about to post on the FORUM and check it for errors.

You will also be able to see if the image doesn't appear.
If the image doesn't appear there is a good chance you did something wrong.

Check your work and the steps, and if you are happy with it,
go ahead and POST it :thumb

I have every faith that you can follow these steps and share your images, you have some wonderful shots in your album.

Hope this little Tutorial helps you out :D
All the Best......... Skippy :thumb

Well Jester, not everyone is a Techo-head, I sure am not, therefore I try to show people in a simple manner.

I like to think that everyone can share their images,
and I hope this simple and easy to follow tutorial can help those who are technically challenged :D thanks for looking.... Skippy
