Watermarks not showing

I thought I followed the right steps but cannot see my watermark. This is the gallery I am testing out:

The photos were already there so under Organize I selected all photos then Edit > Watermarks. Then on the right side I select my watermark, click Close, then click Done in the Organize window. I know it takes time but I waited and waited and still nothing. The watermark and photos are both set to medium display size and the photos are all much larger than the minimum required size. Any ideas??
