Photo not showing in lightbox

I have two photos that don't show in lightbox. In lightbox when clicking fullscreen arrows they do show.

Both FF & IE show this.
Others in gallery show in lightbox ok.
Any ideas?

I just went into Organizer to re-add watermark to this photo hoping it would regenerate the photo sizes.

In the watermark tool the photo only shows 1/4/1.4 inch broken image. Selected 1st one below.

I selected both photos and the small photo showed and managed to save. Waiting to see what shows up in gallery.

Edit: both regenerated and now show in lightbox.
The other three in my last post I have not regenerated and both still do not show in lightbox.

Bump. I have thousands of photos in many galleries and this could be happening anywhere.
It would be a nightmare looking at every lightbox photo. I think Smug should be looking for
a cause and solution.

I only checked these two galleries so that is 100% of galleries checked. What's the odds?

Hi Allen,

Can you provide a screenshot of the photos not showing in lightbox? I'm able to see everything just fine in FF, Chrome and Safari. I even see them great in the watermarking tool.

I can change sizes in LB and it looks like only the XL and fill does not show.
Just repeated in IE, Chrome and Firefox.

I loaded both of these images into both Chrome and Safari and they appear to display in the lightbox (and in fullscreen lightbox). Are you still having issues?

All these can be resolved by regenerating the photo but I have no idea there are any others in my many galleries.

BTW, checked Firefox, IE and Chrome with same results on those two.

I've rebuilt both images and they're now displaying properly. I can't be sure why these images doesn't generate properly the first time around. Could be an issue with amazon storing it, an issue when processing the original, etc. Fortunately these are extremely rare circumstances.

Err ... when you rebuilt them did the correct WM get on each? These are from two galleries with photos with
different year watermarks. When I upload a new photo I change the WM in settings so the correct one appears.

Edit: guess not ... I'll redo the WM's. The whole point was is this happening is other galleries?

Historically we've seen a very very very low number of instances of the image breaking during resize. As the number of images on SmugMug scales this might start to increase but as of now it is a very rare event.
