Can't Make Much Sense of New Price Lists
I used to be able to easily select a price list to duplicate, now I only get a short list of possibilities, with no sign of my most-used price list.

I also don't see a way to change the pricing of a gallery, for example, once it's been assigned a price-list, I can't find the gallery I'm looking to reassign it to (see above).

I have also tried creating a couple of new price lists and I can't figure it out.

I hate the new system.

Is there something that walks us through it, step-by-step?

Hey Sara, I think once you get the hang of pricelists, you will really love them! You assign galleries to pricelists, not pricelists to galleries.

We have a great help page, that includes some outstanding video help for you. The few minutes spent viewing them will be beneficial to you, I am sure: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93345

If you still have issues, please email us with your specific problem, and we'll be happy to help you.

Just type in the price that you want to sell the photo for and it will override the 400% markup. When you have finished setting your prices make sure to log out and check your prices in the gallery just as a visitor would. If you are logged in while looking at your prices in the gallery we will still show the default prices since you own the photos.

okay, dammit. I've about had it.

I'm in a gallery. I 'm in "set prices."

It tells me my gallery is set to such and such a gallery's price list.

It shows a long list of price lists, but not the f----ng one I want.

The one I want is nowhere to be found.

I've had it. Seriously!
