Content Block of Galleries from Folder of Current Gallery

Is it possible to add a content block to "All Galleries" that displays all the other galleries within the same folder as the current gallery?
For example, in the portfolio section of my site, each gallery ends with a grid of all the other galleries in my portfolio. Currently in order to make this happen I had to make each gallery custom. It's a real pain when I want to update or change something (or when SM does something that affects my galleries like it did recently).

So, I could get away with not making them custom if this was achievable in bulk, BUT the galleries shown need to be specific to the gallery currently being viewed.
