Keyword search not working

I take photos at a local animal shelter. To help other people find a group of photos on my site, I have them type in my site name, followed by "keyword"/followed by the actual keyword which is in the file name, for example if I want to find pics of Reba, I type in the following:
www.amymansfield.com/keyword/Reba
All of the pis with "Reba" in the file name show up on one page. This has been working like a charm, until today. Tonight, I uploaded some new pics. They are on my site, but I can't locate them with this feature.
There should be 24 pics with the following keyword of A140652, but only 3 are showing up.
One of the file names on the photo is A1410652_Shasa_021.Jpg
I can't think of anything I've done differently.
