Looking for a Pro Dev to Rework a SM site

We have a large (several thousand images) smug mug site that we maintain for a single customer. I am looking for someone that can rethink the Smug Mug interface and make this service convenient for a commercial photography download system. i.e. each image with a dropdown for different standard resolutions, permissions for different folders etc and then migrate the whole thing to a new account in the customers' name.
