Interesting subject! It has optical illusion vibe to it! Which certainly makes it cool! Stared at it for few minutes still not sure which side is what!:D

Cool shot. I think I'd like it even more rotated 90 degrees clockwise. 270 also works. Just a thought.

Agree with Richard on possible rotation.

Thanks guys, here is a rotated version. I guess I'm partial to the original version because that is how I found the piece of metal, as shown by the rust dripping down. The rotated version looks like a volcanic landscape! This was shot (literally...) in the Utah desert near Moab.

It's a fine shot. I prefer the original. Maybe it's because I've been around guns all my life and with the rotated version, I'd wonder why anyone was shooting upwards.

Very nice, Cristóbal. I like the horizontal version. If they didn't know it was bullet holes, the viewers would be free to imagine all sorts of things that could cause such a landscape. I would love to see this image treated to a full-blown RUST JUNKIE approach.

    Take care, buddy,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Tom, how good to hear from you! I stopped short of a full rust junkie approach because I liked it where it was, but I might give it a try.
