[FONT=Geneva, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Hello fellow Dgrin'ers,

I recently purchased bunch of White Lightning Ultra's from a studio that was closing. Seven (out of 12) of them needed to be sent in for service. They have been completely refurbished and carry a 6 month warranty on the repairs. I will include the service slip with the purchase for warranty purposes. These lights are close to new. They all have the updated banana clip heads.

(3) Ultra 1200's - $285 each (all 3 are sold!)

Each light will ship with:

1. White Lightning Ultra unit - refurbished

    White Lightning is the premium brand that Paul C. Buff sells. I own both and I like both. I prefer White Lightning. White Lightning carries a 5 year warranty when new, Alien Bees carry a 2 year warranty. I think that says it all right there.

    Alien Bees are hard plastic. Which makes them light, but aren't designed to survive a fall from a 13 foot light stand.

    I am a wedding photographer and have had my light tipped over more than once during formal setups. I have never lost a light. That's my testimony.

    However, when I'm traveling light in wide open spaces are use my Alien Bees.
