Had to crop the heck out of it and fiddle with the curves. But I love the pic. Or at least the possibilities.

    Addictive, isn't it? :D

    Looks like you may have shot at a higher ISO than you need to. Remember, the moon is a sunlit object. deal.gifSunny-16 rule can be applied with a little tweaking.

    I just flung up the camera on the way out to my car from work. rolleyes1.gif The moon itself was probably 8-10% of the pic. It's a really really tight crop and some pretty extreme curve changes to darken the sky. ~ 5 pm.

    iso 800, 300mm, 5.6, 1/500th

    But yes. Gods yes it's addictive.
