Lion pride lakeside serenity.

Early sunrise and we found the Olasiti lion pride bringing their cubs down to the lake edge to wash down a wildebeest they had killed the previous night.
The leading cub here is showing great initiative as it's normally an adult that cross the water first.
Lake Ndutu- Northern Tanzania.

    This is F/F (L to R) and deliberately composed that way, giving room to the walking cub, granted this is with my 500.

    Stunning and dreamy!! I had a chance to go to Africa this year.....BUT....Ebola nixed that....more afraid of getting quarantined by US Govt. than Ebola....anyway...someday...

    Won't stop me from a return visit to Zambia next week, there's more chance of me getting Ebola on a flight back to the US or EU than in East/Sth Africa! mwink.gif
