How do you set the eyedropper values in CS6? I can't figure out how to get to those parameters in the new program.....

If you're asking how to set the black points and white points in Curves mode, I think that the eyedropper tools are located on the left side now, in some older versions of Photoshop they were located on the bottom or right side, but you should still be able to double-click the black eyedropper and white eyedropper tools, respectively, in order to set the values for black point and white point.
