Collecting not working in Organizer?

Does collecting simply not work in the Organizer? I drag photos to a folder and select Collect, but it just sits at "Collecting X shots into Gallery" with the indicator going back and forth but it never completes. Why is it lately it seems like nothing works when I want it to work?

    Hi,

    Can you send us a link to your site so we can take a look into that for you? Also, if you could let us know which gallery you are trying to collect images to, that may help as well.
