page with extension (ie .html) not found is redirected to smugmug and not my 404 page

When someone types in a page with an extension (like .html or .php , etc) that doesn't exist on my site, they are wrongly redirected to a smugmug page. For example, http://wingsdomain.smugmug.com/asdf.html does not exist, the redirect goes to a smugmug page. If I used the same non existent url page but without the extension (.html), it redirects properly to my site 404 page (for example, http://wingsdomain.smugmug.com/asdf), but that is somewhat useless since most people typing in a url page (right or wrong) will also type in either .htm or .html which again will wrongly be redirected to the smugmug page. Can this be fixed to be all inclusive, in otherwords, all non-existent page redirects (with or without extensions like .html, etc.) should go to my site 404 page, not to the smugmug page.

Anything typed after the site URL is considered by Smug a category or gallery on NewSmug. If it doesn't
exist the homepage is shown. Looks like an extension makes a difference.

Thanks Allen. The extension does make a difference, and I've emailed support about it and they said they will "pass it on" to the engineers. I hope they are true to their word and also hope that the engineers will soon plug this, since I don't want any of my broken links out there advertising for smugmug when they should be going back to my 404 page and at least be on my site. -W

On the bright side, none of the links generated to get to your SmugMug page will include an extensions so the chance that someone will hit this 404 page is extremely low.
