Please help me...Uploading problem

HI,
I really hope someone can help me. I'm a smugmug user and love love love the site. Everything about it is great for me. My problem is the photo uploader. The uploader I was using no longer works with smugmug and is no longer being developed or supported. it was called snugup. For the past 4 weeks I have been unable to find an uploader that will let me upload with my folder structure intact. For example we do an event. I name a folder DENVER and in that Folder are 100 other folders of the children and the photos we took of them. Is there any third party apps that will let me upload with all my folder structure intact. I am not a programmer but if there's instructions I will use those script programs. Anything would be so welcomed as I have customers who are waiting to see pics. Thank you all for any advice you can give.
