Authorizing Lightroom in SmugMug

I am trying to authorise Lightroom in SmugMug, but when I select "Authorize" in Lightroom, the browser does not automatically direct me to SmugMug and when I press "Done", I get the following error message: "Your SmugMug access token for Adobe Lightroom has been revoked. You can reauthorize access from the Publish Manager." Am afraid I am completely stuck. Hoping someone can help. Best wishes, Tine.
