Buy Button Not Working...

Firstly, any clue what's happening to Smug's LiveChat Support? I haven't seen anyone there to answer questions for a couple days now. The link I use is the same as always: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/emails/new?b_id=1644&q=livechat

Secondly, I've gotten e-mails from people saying the BUY button on my Smug portfolio does not work. I've tried myself as a test and it does not work for me either. The only thing I can do is go in to the portfolio and select photos, but still can't buy. No clue as to how long this has been the case, but obviously I'd like to fix it as soon as I can.

In any help for feedback will be appreciated hugely!
