Weird tihngs in this gallery

I keep noticing weird things in this gallery.
The most important is that some of the photos are not showing any watermarks in the X3 size
such as
http://photos.humansafterall.com/Nightlife-and-Music/Two-Door-Cinema-Club-2012/23442039_sv9nvG#!i=1893953165&k=Cx6JWbv&lb=1&s=X3
(but there are many that have this problem)
Also if you try to save the photos, all the photos have been given the same filename, so you have to rename the file if you are saving more than one photo from the gallery.
There have been some other weird glitches that I worked around, but I would like to address the above two please ASAP. Especially since I started spreading the link for the gallery and I now have unprotected photos at the largest size.
