Watermark

For some reason my watermark is now being displayed on my Home Page. I have been unsuccessful in my attempt to remove it.

Hi - if you are collecting the photo from a gallery in which the watermark is turned on the watermark will appear.
You might want to review that as a first step.

Wow something strange is going on. I've found the front page photo in two galleries. I have deleted one and taken the watermark off the other. So on my desk top computer the watermark appears on the front page and on some other galleries. When I check my website on my ipad nothing is watermarked.

Hi!

Your current background image is in your Maui gallery. That gallery is set to limit the display size to XL. You can change the display size through your gallery settings, click Customize > Gallery Settings then, under SECURITY & PRIVACY set the Maximum Display Size. :

Currently your theme has the background image set to fill the screen. This means it will resize to fill the whole screen. However, because the gallery display size is limited to XL the file we show will be resized from the XL image.

∙ I would recommend uploading the photo to a second gallery with the display size set to Original.
∙ Then, edit the theme. Choose the new image and set Graphic Size to Original and try out the different scale options. None might be best.

This will show the best quality, non-distorted image.

For watermarks, your custom watermark is set to watermark display sizes large and up. So, if you have a watermark applied to an image and show a display size large or bigger the watermark will appear. If it's an image that can display at different sizes your thumbnail, small or medium image may appear and not show a watermark. You can change the watermark settings through your account settings under Business > Branding. Then, click MANAGE by watermarks and click the wrench to edit the watermark.
