Parallax effect on smugmug

Hi,
Is it possible to have this parallax effect on smugsmug ?

( The background of the second div move when scrolling)
The parallax effect with a fixed basckground runs on smug mug
but not the parallax effect with the "perspective: 1px;" parameter.
On the exemple, the "perspective: 1px;" parameter is on the body section, we can not modify it on smugmug.
Is there a solution ?
