Nice straight forward shot. I might have tried to shift a little to the left to have avoided the box in the lower right corner.

Or, just a tighter crop as the outside elements, especially those on the right aren't doing anything to push the eye toward the three thelogians. I'd crop a bit to the right of the right hand side Priest (who is decidedly looking to the left) and a little past the bench shadow on the left then give some consideration to a little vignetting to further draw the eye in on the three scholarly Thelogians. I am not familiar with much on the Catholic side so am wondering if these are Greek Orthodox or Russian Orthodox?

Like the subject matter, but agree with the tighter crop or position switch.
The white object on the right doesn't add, and somewhat detracts.

Better but I wouls crop tighter on the right and a little less on the left - 1/4" more space left, 1/4" less on the right. This crop tends to center everything too much which doesn't allow the right side guy to look far enough to his right.
