I bought this camera 'used' from Service Photo in Baltimore last December. It's still in nearly-new condition, and has ~12k shutter actuations on it- I'll post the exact # on Friday when I box it up. The only flaw I can see is a small divot out of the rubber viewfinder cup at the bottom, which is just cosmetic and can be replaced easily. The lens will be the brand-new 18-105mm VR white box from the D90 kit- I won't even take it out of its box unless someone really wants pictures of it. Of course, the lens will include all the warranty paperwork (blank), the carry bag, lens cap/mount protector, and hood, all new as well.
The camera body includes:
-All original packaging, manuals/documentation, and my original sales receipt
-The body cap, neck strap (never used), and even the hotshoe cover
-The orginal battery and charger, as well as a second genuine EN-EL9, including box and cover
I also have a used Hoya 67mm HMC UV filter, optically perfect but has 2 marks on the outside of the frame from having to get it off another lens, also includes the original package. I'll include this if you want it, I no longer need it.
I'm asking $570, paypalled and shipped within CONUS. I know I'm new here, but I have 100% feedback on ebay (username florie1985). Feel free to make a reasonable offer!

Final count is 11,242 shutter actuations. I forgot to add that I'm also including the user's guide & quick reference card, shown in the first pic, for whatever that's worth to you. I've got everything securely boxed up and ready to ship!
I'm willing to split the body and lens, as long as I have someone interested in the body. I'll take $350 shipped for the body.
