Bug eggs

Not sure what these belong to a patch of eggs on a fallen leaf. The patch was about 3mm dia.

    Thanks for the comments everyone :)
    Fraid I didn't keep the leaf but put it in a slightly drier area with a lot of other leaves (hopefully a bit more frost free) - not sure I'd be able to find it again.
    The water was dewdrops - still haven't worked out where the blue colour was coming from - wasn't the sky or a shirt I was wearing :)
