PW protected gallery not showing comment form with custom domain ** NSFW **

Problem: I have a password protected gallery on my site. I have noticed that when logging in to the gallery I am seeing that the comment form requires me to enter the password after I have already entered a password to access the gallery in the first place. This only happens when accessing from my custom domain. When accessing via pdvphotography.smugmug.com I do not see this issue. I was able to replicate on all browsers tested.

Tested: Mac OS X 10.8.4, with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
