Download All Part 1 Zips Corrupting

I've gotten these two in a row now on galleries where the zip needs to be split into two files. Part 2 of the files downloads correctly, but Part 1 does not even after repeatedly downloading 'successfully'.

Upon closer inspection, the Part 1 file sizes are not matching the target size reported in wget, and they are over by a few megs each time. They are also not consistently over, so one file may be over by 2.2mb, and other by 2.4mb, etc. I've actually downloaded a 1.5gb zip three times without the sizes matching. :scratch A fourth download is in progress...

- Give us your site name - huntsvillecarscene.smugmug.com
- Describe the problem - Download All Part 1 zips download corrupted
- List the steps to replicate and recreate the problem - Tools-->Download All on a gallery that will cause the zip to be in 2 pieces. Download part 1. Test zip.
- Provide links to your galleries, photos, etc so we can look - will email/pm. I don't want to post the download all links publicly
- Let us know your system, and browser and version - wget on xpp, xph, ff 1, 2, 3 on xph and xpp (firefox never completes the download on any zip, but I thought I'd give it a shot)

Seems like a lot of broken things at SM lately. This is the third tool I've needed to use today that doesn't work. (The other two are rotating and replacing images.)

    Could you update the gallery and try again? We think this is fixed up as well.

    The zips won't expire for two weeks. I guess I need to email help to have them re-generated?

    add a junk photo, delete it and then regen the zip - you can do it on your own when the gallery's changed.

    Finally got to working on this, and now part 2 gets corrupted vs part 1. :cry
