Can't remove watermark

  It lets me change them, but even though I hit the no water mark button and save it, it still has the watermark on it no matter how long I wait to view the images. I've cleared the cookies, logged out logged in, turned the computer on and off and even tried it on different days.

  Hi Michelle,
  
  My name is Christina and I'm a Support Hero here at SmugMug. To remove watermarks from your photos go to the gallery and then click on Tools > Many Photos > More > Watermarking. Then, click on the radio button next to remove. If you want to unwatermark all of the photos in the gallery click on select all. Otherwise click the individual photos. Then, click the "watermark" button.
  
  Now, we wait. It can take a couple seconds or a couple minutes for a bigger gallery. Please don't do this over and over while you wait though or you can bog the down system and it will just take even longer. Here's a quick screen grab to show you how to remove the watermarks:

  I too am having this problem
  I go through the "multiple photos/watermark" option, and select remove on all the watermarks, and it won't remove the watermarks. Is the system just backed up on watermarks?

  Edit @ 3:15 - Sure enough, it's taking about an hour for watermarks to be applied. Is there any way we as a customer can see an ETA for watermarks?

  I too am having this problem. I don't even see tools > many photos, but in the gallery, it says tools > watermarking. I click that, then the images load. I select all images, then choose "remove". Then an option comes up to save or cancel. If I click cancel, it cancels. If I click SAVE it does nothing. I've also removed the watermark option from another option where you turn watermarking off.
