Yesterday while I was at the Zoo, I got a chance to do a few closeups of the Rhino's heads........here is a side view and a front on view.

First shot is a profile.....love these beasts, they are big yet still come across as being gentle for some reason....did you know if a Rhino curls it's tail its angry??

Second shot is front on, really can't even see the horns, got him pretty straight on didn't I :D

    Hey Skippy,

Still having fun I see. Nice shots, I don't no why but I like that second shot. FYI, when a rhino curls its tail its beginning a courtship ritual. What did you do to that poor rhino? rolleyes1.gif

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    Thanks Harry
Hmmmmmm what did I do to the Rhino?? dunno but boy it worked it on the bus driver hehehe.........she ran up to me when I was getting off the bus, and asked me about my Camera and Lens then told me I should do the Photography trip they have at the Zoo....... those "White Lenses" sure do attract attention don't they :): the Rhinos were getting a bit agitated for some reason, I have no idea how many females to males there are, but they have successfully bred them at Werribbee Zoo, not sure if the baby that was there is the only one born there or if any of the others were born there too.

    Take Care....... Skippy (Australia)
