Hi Folks,
Could someone please explain why Albums and Images are coming in the API 1.3.0 with both an Id (Integer) and a Key (String) field?
I would expect just a Key to suffice to uniquely identify a particular photo among the entire collection, no?
Why is there also an Id?
How to uniquely identify a certain image or album?
- id alone
- key alone
- id and key together as a pair

It depends on what you're doing, but in many places working with API 1.3.0 you need both the Id and the Key to access a particular album. We've moved away from doing that with API 2.0 and primarily use Keys. API 2.0 is currently in beta and you can follow this thread for updates on its progress.
