Customize Picture Sharing Options

Hi,
I'm trying to adjust sharing options on my pictures and gallery. I've enabled easy sharing - at the moment they can do twitter, facebook or email.

What I'm not a fan of is the email form:

It's completely smugmug branded and detracts from the site. I want to change this to either (in order of preference):
1. Remove smugmug branding/address book and have a simple non-branded form to send an email, or
2. Use an email share link so the email/link to picture shows up in their default email client or choice, or
3. Remove the email share functionality altogether, leaving facebook/twitter/google

Is this possible?
