Title and Download and in Gallery display

If you look at the gallery photos at
https://hewitt.smugmug.com/Tinsley/Group-Photos/Group-Photos-2/
the "Title is on a separate row than the "Download ". How do you have both on the same line so the transparent black box is thinner.
Better yet how do you just display the photo Title. Its only when you get to the light box that you can Share, Download, etc... Right now Download is at the Galley level and in the Lightbox

Hover over the block and click the wrench icon.
Then set info style to bottom bar and info hover to hide.
