Creating an RSS feed for my blog on Smugmug

Hi there. We are using Smugmug to host our photos and our blog (http://www.casarocinante.com)
We'd love to create an RSS feed that represents new blog posts (pages) on our site. We're not interested in the standard Smug RSS feeds which are gallery-centric. We want one that's content-centric where the primary content is our blog, supported by our pictures.
We're willing to hand craft an RSS feed since it seems that's what it will take, but we'd like to host that page here on our Smugmug site because that seems the most sensible (say, at http://www.casarocinante.com/RSS).
If you have any suggestions, ideas, or examples where this has already been done, we would very much appreciate your input.
