    I can't help it but I love foodie shots! Personally I like the first one but I think the basket takes a little bit away from it. The rest is 'hot'

    Love peppers. I have about 16 different varieties in the backyard. I'm even making my own chili powder. #2 is my fav ... you think #3 might work as a B&W?

    I like #3. And it reminds me what that circular staircase looked like after you put it through that twisty filter.

    Thanks for commenting, everyone. The basket in #1 is a tad overexposed, I know, but I liked the yellow with the green. #3 does look good in B&W--I'm still using the Margulis picture perfect workflow, so everything gets converted to B&W even if the final product is in color. However, I think series shots work better if they're all one or the other; if not the connection suffers, IMO. YMMV, of course.

    #2 is nice... you might consider sprinkling some tiny water bubbles (as catch lights) next time round

    I agree with futlong with the back as black, furthermore it might work (in some form) as a low opacity layer in a stack; it's an interesting pattern
